Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in healthcare insurance billing and denials.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to facilitate and influence decisions by motivating others to achieve excellence.
• Experience with governmental or commercial payers and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and address training or performance issues.
• Conduct routine account activity quality audits to ensure proper workflow.
• Collaborate with leadership to build training plans for a best-practice team.
• Prepare reports or logs as required and review for accuracy.
• Act as a technical expert on denials and payer policies for the team.
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude at all times.
