Qualifications

• 3–5 years AR experience managing a large, high-volume portfolio.
• Experience across multiple ERP systems and billing platforms.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts and aging.
• Review AR aging and maintain collection plans for past-due accounts.
• Contact customers to collect balances and confirm payment commitments.
• Record collection activity and reconcile disputes and payments.
• Process and apply payments to correct customer and invoice.
• Identify discrepancies, unreconciled items, and escalate as needed.
