Egnyte is seeking a Sr Manager, Accounts Receivable in Mountain View, CA to lead end-to-end revenue operations, from order processing and invoicing to collections and payment application. This role reports to the Corporate Controller and partners with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to scale revenue operations.

The candidate will drive process improvements, leverage NetSuite and Salesforce, and manage a team to ensure accurate forecasts and timely collections in a fast-growing SaaS

Qualificações

• 6–8 years of management experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related revenue operations function
• Deep expertise in billing and payments processes, policies, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycles
• Proven history of acquisition integrations and migrating customers into existing billing platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily customer sales order processing in SFDC and internal billing, review for completeness and accuracy
• Lead collections efforts with account-tailored communication; oversee high-value and delinquent accounts
• Develop billing and payments system roadmaps with Biz Ops and Accounting teams
• Own monthly/quarterly cash collections forecast using aging buckets and payment behavior
• Design escalation workflows for high-risk accounts and automate collections reporting
