Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager in Auburn Hills, MI to lead the AR function, oversee invoicing, cash application, and collections, and drive process improvements.

You will manage AR across two locations, develop KPIs and dashboards for CFO, reduce DSO, ensure billing accuracy, and collaborate with Sales and Legal on contract terms.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of AR leadership, multi-site experience, ERP implementation background, and strong Excel and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive AR leadership experience.
• 3–5+ years managing AR teams in multi-location environments.
• Experience with AR portfolios exceeding $100M annually.
• GAAP understanding related to revenue recognition and receivables.
• Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP implementations or system migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR strategy balancing cash flow, customer experience, and risk.
• Drive process improvements to reduce DSO and strengthen controls.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting for CFO and leadership.
• Review contracts and pricing for accurate invoicing and billing.
