Job summary

General Fasteners Company is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Manager to lead the end-to-end AR/AP and treasury functions in a fast-growing, team-oriented environment in Michigan.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in high-volume AR/AP, a degree in accounting or finance, and strong ERP experience (Epicor preferred). You will drive process improvements, manage a high-volume team, and partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-volume Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable functions.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AR and AP functions, including collections and payables processing.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to manage credit risk and vendor relations.
• Drive process improvements and automation in invoicing, cash application, and disputes.
• Ensure accurate GL integration and subledger reconciliations; support period-end close.
