Job summary

GT’s Living Foods is seeking a hands-on AR & Deductions Manager to lead the AR team and own order-to-cash including deductions, credit, collections, and cash application. The role reports to the Controller and oversees a team of coordinators while handling high-value disputes with major retailers and distributors (UNFI/KeHE).

You will drive DSO reduction, enforce credit policies, and implement a new deduction platform on Microsoft Dynamics 365, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of AR, collections, and deductions experience in CPG food or beverage.
• Direct experience resolving deductions with Walmart, Kroger, Costco, Target.
• 3+ years of people management leading AR, collections, or deductions staff.
• Ownership of credit and collections including credit limits and DSO improvements.
• Strong understanding of trade promotions, distributor chargebacks, and trade accruals.
• Working knowledge of GAAP for AR, revenue recognition, trade accruals, and allowances.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR & Deductions team on end-to-end order-to-cash processes including deductions, credit, collections, and cash application.
• Personally handle the most complex disputes and credit decisions while developing the team.
• Set KPIs, priorities, and ensure audit-ready processes and documentation.
• Run weekly operating rhythm for deductions, aging, and KPI performance.
• Implement and lead the deduction management platform (Confido or similar) on Dynamics 365.
