Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Accounting/Accounts Receivable or Deductions environments.
• Demonstrated accounting knowledge and experience with deductions processes.
• Excellent communication skills with leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics of customer deductions, risk segmentation and recovery likelihood.
• Lead data analytics on deductions and chargebacks using large datasets.
• Perform root cause analysis across customers, SKUs, channels, and processes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve chargebacks at root cause.
• Develop executive level reporting translating deduction trends into financial impact.
