This in-office role focuses on managing a multi-million dollar portfolio, ensuring timely payments, and resolving complex payment issues to maintain liquidity and strong relationships. The position requires four years in credit/collections (or two in large accounts), a Bachelor's/Associate degree, and advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years' experience in credit and collections, or two years with large, demanding and complex accounts.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree, or equivalent post-high school education/training.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; SAP experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management for a multi-million dollar accounts receivable portfolio.
• Communicate with customers (verbal and written) to secure payment of outstanding receivables.
• Resolve customer discrepancy claims and nonpayment issues with Billing and Sales Administration.
• Process credit card transactions, refunds, adjustments, and recommend write-offs.
• Provide ongoing customer service, including invoices submission, statements, and special requests.
• Generate status reports detailing portfolio aging and payments.
• Prepare documentation for placing accounts with third-party collections agents.
• Support Credit & Collection Management with special projects.
