Job summary

The Robinson/Diamond Resource Group is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager to join our North Texas team in a hybrid role. The position focuses on collections, dispute resolution, and financial analysis, with in-person meetings in Irving, TX as needed.

You will manage customer accounts, develop regional strategies, and ensure data integrity across systems while preparing financial metrics for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable management, financial analysis, and business strategy development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data management systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections, dispute creation and resolution, customer service queries, order releases, and credit limit updates.
• Implement regional customer strategies to clear past-due balances, collaborating with Sales and other departments on complex accounts.
• Identify and manage high-risk customers by developing collection strategies to minimize exposure.
• Lead negotiations to resolve accounts receivable issues, supporting invoicing and dispute resolution.
• Manage data maintenance in various business systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
