Rush Truck Leasing, a division of Rush Enterprises Inc., is seeking a Collections Administrator to assist the Collections Coordinator with AR for Rush Truck Leasing. Responsibilities include daily receivables checks, contacting delinquent accounts, preparing monthly aged reports, and ensuring policy compliance; strong communication and Excel/SAP skills preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years credit/collection or accounts receivable experience.
• Valid driver license with insurability.
• Strong written and oral communication via phone and email.
• MS Outlook, Word, Excel; SAP knowledge a plus.
• Experience in collection and accounts receivable.
• Account risk assessment, forecasting and resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Check receivables run daily and monitor invoice clearing.
• Follow up with A/R accounts by calls to keep up to date.
• Assist in collection on past due accounts.
• Communicate with Collections Coordinator or Credit Manager on issues.
• Prepare monthly aged reports highlighting potential bad debt.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Liaise with customers, sales staff and management.
• Support continuous improvement projects in collections.
• Verify and post details of transactions and totals.
• Research discrepancies and determine resolution with Collections Coordinator.
• Contact delinquent customers to determine reasons for overdue payment.
• Audit delinquent accounts and present status to supervisor.
• Review collection reports and evaluate policy effectiveness.
• Speak with clients regarding credit issues.
