Rush Truck Leasing is seeking a Collections Administrator to assist the Collections Coordinator with accounts receivable tasks for internal and IBS accounts. The role focuses on maintaining accurate invoice processing and timely collections across our customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in credit/collection and accounts receivable preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability per company policy.
• Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel; SAP knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check receivables run daily and monitor clearing of invoices.
• Follow through with calls on A/R accounts and keep records up to date.
• Assist in collection on past due accounts.
• Prepare monthly aged collections reports for supervisor.
• Communicate with Collections Coordinator or Credit Manager on issues.
• Audit delinquent accounts before assigning bad debt status.
• Support continuous improvement projects in collections.
• Review collection reports to evaluate policy effectiveness.
• Speak with clients regarding credit issues.
