Job summary

Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to accelerate cash flow across national accounts.

You will manage open AR, research and resolve payment issues, and ensure accurate cash application while representing the AR organization professionally. Responsibilities include aging analysis, customer statements, cross-functional collaboration with plants and distributors, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in a Corporate Accounts Receivable role.
• BS/BBA in Accounting or related field preferred.
• NACM CBA designation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Track and collect open AR for key customers.
• Resolve payment issues and apply cash accurately.
• Prepare customer statements and aging files; follow up on past-due invoices.
• Collaborate with plants, distributors, and location staff to resolve disputes and credits.
• Maintain and update SOPs related to accounts receivable and support process improvements.
