Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Billing / Collections Specialist to own the revenue cycle, billing accuracy, and cash application. You will work with Operations, Legal, and Sales to ensure contract terms are met and inquiries are resolved.

Responsibilities include generating invoices, monitoring aging, applying payments, and supporting month-end close. This role offers growth in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company in San Diego with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Accounts Receivable and billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, billing, cash application, and reconciling.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate invoices aligned with contracts and pricing.
• Investigate discrepancies with Operations, Legal, and Sales.
• Monitor AR aging, collect on past due accounts, and apply payments.
• Support month-end close and AR subledger reconciliation.
• Prepare AR analyses and assist audits as needed.
• Act as finance liaison for billing inquiries and process improvements.
