Lassonde Pappas & Co. is a US leader in beverage manufacturing and is seeking a Deduction Analyst for a Hybrid role in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will support day-to-day accounts receivable operations, resolve customer deductions, and analyze trends to prevent losses.

This is a full-time role with a solid salary range and strong benefits. This position reports to the AR Supervisor and requires collaboration with sales, customer service, and brokers to ensure accurate trade settlements and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 2–3 years of related accounting/finance experience.
• 1–3 years of consumer products manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a customer portfolio including top Private Label and Branded customers.
• Verify promotion event details and align terms with trade contracts.
• Identify trends in deductions and implement corrective actions.
• Review deduction balances and ensure proper documentation from customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve deductions.
• Follow up with AR/customer for additional documentation and portals.
• Support KPI reviews and provide weekly/monthly updates.
• Drive process improvements in the deduction area and test new features.
• Assist audits and perform other general accounting tasks as assigned.
