American Swim Academy in Livermore, CA is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join our management team. The role focuses on supervising staff, delivering training, and ensuring high-quality swim instruction for students of all ages. The position requires flexibility to work some nights and weekends.

A quarterly revenue-based bonus is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff, and opportunities to lead program improvements within a trusted Bay Area facility.

Qualifications

• Must have aquatics and service-driven management experience.
• Must have prior swim instruction experience.
