American Swim Academy in the Bay Area seeks a career-driven Assistant Director to oversee the swim school operations under the Director. You will supervise staff, mentor and train, and ensure member safety while delivering high-quality lessons.

The role offers full-time work with flexible hours, a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. Schedule includes Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday with occasional evenings, and positions across Livermore and nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Service-driven management experience
• Experience in aquatics, education, or recreation

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of members and staff; monitor safety and train staff
• Mentor, train, and develop staff
• Interact with members to exceed expectations
• Exceed revenue, capacity, and occupancy targets
• Teach high-quality swim lessons to children and adults
