Job summary

American Swim Academy in Walnut Creek is seeking an experienced Aquatics Manager to join our senior management team. You will support facility operations, oversee swim instruction, member services, and deck management while leading special projects.

The full-time role features a Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu schedule with some evenings, a competitive hourly wage of $22.00–$24.00, and a quarterly bonus based on revenue performance.

The American Swim Academy® is hiring in the East Bay! We are looking for a dynamic career-oriented Aquatics Manager to join our senior management team in Walnut Creek. The Aquatics Manager will be responsible for assisting Senior Management in the operation of the facility. Your duties will include swim instruction, member service, deck management, and special projects.

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday. The schedule will vary with opening and closing shifts. Must be able to work some nights as late as 8:45 pm.

Compensation

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour plus Quarterly Bonus*

*The quarterly bonus is earned based on revenue achievement*

American Swim Academy has been teaching the Bay Area to swim since 1973. Our goal is to promote water safety, comfort, and stroke technique for all ages and all abilities. Year-round and small class ratios offer personalized instruction, 7 days a week. Our indoor pools are heated to a comfortable 92° and have been designed specifically for swim instruction.
