American Swim Academy in Walnut Creek is seeking an experienced Aquatics Manager to join our senior management team. You will support facility operations, oversee swim instruction, member services, and deck management while leading special projects.

The full-time role features a Tue–Sat or Sun–Thu schedule with some evenings, a competitive hourly wage of $22.00–$24.00, and a quarterly bonus based on revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Service-driven management experience.
• Experience in aquatics or recreation.
• Able to work evenings and some weekends per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact between management, staff, and members.
• Assist in management and training of all school staff.
• Teach classes and in-water training.
