The role focuses on supervising staff, delivering training, and ensuring high-quality swim instruction for students of all ages. The position requires flexibility to work some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have aquatics and service-driven management experience.
• Must have prior swim instruction experience.

Responsabilités
