Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in aquatic engineering document production, client development, and QA/QC.
• Associate’s Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead aquatic design from concept to completion and drive new business opportunities.
• Oversee drawings using REVIT, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Supervise junior designers on drawing production to ensure quality.
• Review contract documents for errors and alignment with specifications.
• Support development of technical reports, estimates, and schedules.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and coordinate client deliverables.
• Prepare proposals for potential projects.
• Identify and develop new business leads through research and outreach.
• Support business development visits to build client relationships.
