Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years’ experience in aquatic engineering document production and QA/QC.
• Proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication; collaborative work style.
• Expert knowledge of aquatic engineering and drawing layout.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead aquatic design from concept to completion while growing client relationships.
• Oversee drawings using REVIT, AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Guide junior designers on project drawing production.
• Review contract documents and drawings for errors per specs.
• Support development of technical reports and cost estimates.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and coordinate client deliverables.
• Assist in proposals for potential projects.
• Identify and develop new business leads.
• Support business development visits to build relationships.
