Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Aquatic Designer/Business Development to lead design efforts for pools and aquatic facilities while expanding client relationships.

You will work on projects across municipal, collegiate, and resort settings, driving from concept through construction with a focus on sustainability and community impact. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, utilize REVIT, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D to produce drawings, and contribute to proposals and new business

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years experience in document production, client development, QA/QC in aquatic engineering.
• Proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead aquatic design from concept to completion and build strong client relationships.
• Oversee preparation of contract/construction drawings using REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil 3D.
• Mentor junior designers on project drawing production and quality control.
• Review contract documents for errors and align with Owner’s vision.
• Support technical reports, cost estimates, and production schedules.
• Participate in QA/QC reviews and coordinate client deliverables.
• Lead and assist in preparing proposals for potential projects.
• Identify and develop new business leads through research and outreach.
• Support business development visits to build client relationships.
