Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Aquatic Designer/Business Development to lead design efforts and grow client relationships across our sports team locations, including Raleigh, Atlanta, Savannah, Charlotte, Houston, Tampa, and South Florida.

You will manage drawings using REVIT, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, supervise junior designers, review contract documents, and contribute to proposals and business development activities. A strong background in aquatic engineering and QA/QC is required.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 12 years in document production, client development, problem solving and QA/QC in aquatic engineering.
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead aquatic design efforts from concept through completion and drive client relationships.
• Oversee drawings development using REVIT, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Supervise junior designers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Review contract documents and drawings for alignment with specs and owner’s vision.
• Support technical reports, cost estimates, and schedules.
