Job summary

The position requires 10+ years in applications development, strong Java/Python OO skills, and extensive experience with agile delivery, cloud-native tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in applications development and software engineering.
• Experience in managing and delivering complex applications projects.
• Strong understanding of data structures and OOP principles (Java or Python).
• Extensive experience with agile/iterative delivery (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Exposure to cloud-native development and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern automation tooling.
• Exposure to event-driven design (Kafka, Spark, IBM MQ).
• Experience in management and leading global technology teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
