Amazon's Alexa Connections team is shaping the future of AI-powered communication at global scale. We’re hiring a Senior Manager, TPM to lead a portfolio of high-impact programs and mentor a team of TPMs delivering AI-driven consumer experiences.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and leadership to own roadmaps, drive end-to-end execution, and deliver scalable processes for agility and quality. Join us to build 0→1 innovations with LLMs and AGI systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical program/product management or software engineering
• 7+ years managing technical teams including managers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Strong technical background with ability to understand complex architectures
• Experience leading large-scale consumer-facing products/services
• Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of 10+ TPMs
• Drive end-to-end program execution (strategy → launch → metrics)
• Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and leadership
• Own roadmap prioritization and portfolio management
• Deliver scalable processes for agility, quality, and execution
• Manage executive communication and stakeholder alignment
