Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology consulting, advisory, or enterprise solutioning with AI/data depth.
• Proven ability to grow complex enterprise relationships and expand scope.
• Experience engaging CDOs/CIOs/CTOs and executives without assistance.
• Fluency in AI and data—generative/agentic models, LLMs, governance.
• Ability to craft business cases and navigate multi-stakeholder procurement.
• Credibility with data scientists and boards alike.
• Passion for responsible, secure, value-led AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior client executives and translate business priorities into AI roadmaps.
• Own growth with revenue targets across Tier 1 accounts from identification to close.
• Shape engagements and develop flagship client references through early wins.
• Co-innovate on the art of the possible while balancing feasibility and timelines.
• Create POVs, proposals, and executive-level materials; represent Wipro externally.
• Collaborate with data and AI architects, delivery teams, and partners to launch offerings.
