You will drive a cross-functional portfolio, partner with stakeholders, and ensure production-ready, observable, and responsibly designed solutions that align to business priorities.

Formación

• Led data scientists, ML practitioners, or applied AI specialists with coaching and performance leadership.
• Delivered ML/AI solutions into production workflows with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on prototyping, code review, and architecture discussions.
• Strong AI system design, including evaluation methods and observability.
• Managed a delivery portfolio with priority setting and sequencing under constraints.
• Drove exploration with clear evidence criteria for progression to production.
• Defined ownership, adoption, and support for production capabilities.
• Managed vendor/academic/contract staffing engagements with knowledge transfer.
• Able to communicate complex concepts to executives and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of insurance or regulated domains.
