Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent applied experience.
• Six+ years of combined research and ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency and PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience training and evaluating deep learning models at scale.
• Solid grounding in mathematics, statistics, and ML theory.
• Experience taking ML models from research to production with observability.
• Familiarity with distributed training, mixed-precision training, and accelerator hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex methods.
• Track record of shipping impactful applied AI projects.
