Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Research Scientist - AI to bridge cutting-edge applied research with production engineering. You will design, train, and deploy advanced ML systems that address high-impact business problems in a fully remote US setting.

The role requires a strong ML background, hands-on experience with modern frameworks, and the ability to operate across problem framing, experimentation, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in CS/ML or equivalent applied experience.
• Six+ years of combined research and ML engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
• Hands-on experience training and evaluating DL models at scale.
• Strong grounding in ML theory and statistics.
• Experience taking ML models from research to production with observability.
• Familiarity with distributed and accelerated training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and adapt techniques from research literature.
• Track record of shipping applied AI projects.
