Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks a highly experienced NLP AI Engineer to design, fine-tune, optimize, and deploy enterprise-scale Large Language Models (LLMs). You will lead architecture reviews and collaborate across AI research, engineering, and product teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in AI/ML/NLP, expert Python with PyTorch, and hands-on experience with RLHF, DPO, and cloud-based AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in CS/AI or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in AI/ML/NLP/LLM engineering.
• Expert Python with PyTorch and transformer architectures.
• Proven LLM production deployment experience.
• Distributed training: FSDP, DeepSpeed ZeRO, pipeline/tensor parallelism.
• Experience with RLHF, DPO, PPO or similar.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI workloads.
• Strong ML/NLP, MLOps, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs using SFT, LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, DPO, PPO, PEFT.
• Architect scalable distributed training pipelines on GPU clusters.
• Develop datasets, synthetic data pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Optimize GPU training, inference, experiment tracking, and model serving.
• Design RAG pipelines, embedding models, vector search, and agentic AI workflows.
• Develop benchmarking, safety testing, and Responsible AI evaluation.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor junior AI engineers.
• Evaluate emerging NLP research and foundation models for innovation.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, compliance, and operations.
