Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Applied AI Engineer with 10+ years in AI, ML, and DL to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. You will lead the development of Python-based AI systems using PyTorch or JAX, LLMs, NLP, CV, and MLOps across cloud platforms.

The role is 100% remote in the continental United States, full-time direct W2. Competitive salary range from $130,000 to $180,000 annually based on experience, with sponsorship exceptions noted.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional AI/ML/Deep Learning experience.
• Expert Python with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Proven track record deploying LLMs, NLP, and CV in production.
• Distributed training, GPU optimization, and production ML deployment.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and automated workflows.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI solutions.
• Architect scalable training, inference, and MLOps pipelines.
• Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs and multimodal AI systems.
• Build AI applications with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Lead with best practices for model evaluation, governance, and security.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices.
