Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an Applied AI Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. You will build production-grade AI systems using Python, PyTorch/JAX, LLMs, NLP, CV, and MLOps, guiding projects from research to production.

The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with data scientists and software engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML/Deep Learning
• Proficient in Python with ML frameworks
• Experience deploying LLM/NLP/vision models in production
• Strong knowledge of distributed training and GPU optimization
• MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and automated workflows
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions
• Architect scalable training, inference, and MLOps pipelines
• Develop and optimize LLMs and multimodal AI systems
• Build AI apps with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and prompts
• Design ML pipelines for NLP, CV, and analytics
• Mentor junior engineers and lead architecture reviews
