Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding production AI reliability patterns.
• Prompting, tool schemas, context management, retries and rate limits.
• Grounding, retrieval quality, and hallucination mitigation.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, logging, observability, distributed tracing, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with Langfuse or similar tooling.

Responsibilities

• Translate product goals into testable technical tasks and prototypes.
• Break problems into manageable pieces and validate assumptions.
• Implement solutions with architecture trade-offs through collaboration.
• Measure quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost to drive improvements.
• Own end-to-end production support for APIs, data, queues, and model integration.
• Leverage AI coding agents to boost velocity while preserving quality and security.
