Job summary

AutoStore in the United States (Oregon) is seeking a Senior AI & Automation Engineer to build and deploy intelligent solutions that transform how work gets done across Sales Support and beyond.

You will design AI-powered capabilities, move them to production, and work with business teams to reduce manual effort, improve decisions, and accelerate customer experiences. This hands-on role blends prototyping with governance and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, RAG, and tool use.
• Strong Python and API development skills.
• Experience moving AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Familiarity with enterprise data, workflows, and governance.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build Agentic AI—design and productionize AI agents and intelligent workflows.
• Identify friction with business teams and simplify complex problems.
• Turn data into reusable intelligence for classification and recommendations.
• Engineer for production with secure, observable APIs and integrations.
• Deliver measurable impact through faster cycles and better decisions.
• Scale capabilities beyond Sales Support into broader commercial use.
