Job summary

Deloitte in Dallas is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Applied AI Engineer II to design and deliver full-stack, outcome-focused products that integrate applied GenAI and agentic capabilities. The role is onsite in Dallas and includes end-to-end ownership, from architecture and development to testing, integrations, and support.

You will drive technical standards, mentor engineers, and work with product management and delivery to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, machine learning, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, SQL/NoSQL, REST/API integrations, ServiceNow app development and deployment patterns, LangChain, LangGraph, and testing frameworks.
• 3+ years building AI/ML and agentic applications with GenAI, LLM integration, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI on platforms such as ServiceNow.
• 3+ years of cloud-native engineering with Azure, AWS, GCP and cost-aware FinOps accountability.
• 1+ years establishing engineering standards and leading adoption/continuous improvement.
• Experience with BCD/sequence diagrams/OOP, data structures, algorithms, and AI-augmented development.
• Experience with XP/Lean/DevSecOps/SRE/ADO/GitHub/SonarQube/MLflow and agentic AI frameworks.
• ServiceNow engineering experience including platform architecture, workflow automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
