Qualifications

• Significant experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex projects from concept through delivery.
• Strong experience developing evaluation, testing, validation, and governance frameworks for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, deploying, and maintaining AI and machine learning solutions
• Leading projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through production rollout
• Developing evaluation methodologies, validation processes, and performance measurement frameworks
• Building governance mechanisms, guardrails, and controls for AI-driven applications
• Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI solutions
• Advising leadership teams on technical feasibility, risks, and implementation strategies
• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering, product, and customer teams
