Job summary

Ledgent Technology in La Jolla, CA is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and deployment of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and to connect AI solutions to internal data sources. You will present complex concepts to executives, articulate business value, and work as a self-starter in a fluid, fast-changing environment.

You’ll report to the Director of Data Science with a team of about 6–7 data scientists.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Must-have: Ability to connect AI solutions to internal systems and data sources.
• Must-have: Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must-have: Comfortable speaking with executives and explaining business value and impact.
• Must-have: Self-starter who can work independently with loosely defined requirements.
