Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to lead the development of intelligent AI agents and RAG-based applications in California. You will craft scalable GenAI systems, design RAG pipelines with external knowledge sources, and build autonomous Copilot Studio agents using LLMs and multi-modal models.

You will also manage data pipelines, data labeling and secure data handling, and implement advanced algorithms to optimize generative AI workflows in production

Qualifications

• Proven experience building scalable GenAI systems.
• Strong programming in Python with AI libraries.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and external knowledge sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of intelligent AI agents and RAG-based applications.
• Architect and deploy CustomAI agents with LLMs and multi-modal models.
• Design data pipelines for pre-processing, augmentation and synthetic data generation.
• Develop complex algorithms for generative AI models optimization.
• Implement secure data handling and memory management in Copilot Studio workflows.
