Job summary

Fearless is looking for a Senior Consultant in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to design and implement AI-driven solutions for federal civilian government initiatives. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong background in AI/ML engineering.

Key responsibilities include developing AI agents, optimizing models, and building large-scale data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience and be able to translate complex AI concepts into actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Experience working with massive datasets in production environments.
• Strong analytical and synthetic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for federal civilian government initiatives.
• Develop and configure AI agents using RAG architectures.
• Optimize AI/ML models using advanced fine-tuning techniques.
• Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Go.

Skills

AI/ML engineering with experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation

Strong programming skills in Python and Go

Model fine-tuning expertise

Large-scale data pipeline design

Experience with cloud platforms (Databricks, AWS)

ML lifecycle management and CI/CD
