Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manager II, Engineering, North America Applications and Systems, onsite at our Radford, Virginia headquarters. You will lead the North America Level 2 Applications Engineering and Systems Engineering teams to ensure customer success and product readiness.

Reporting to Product Engineering with a dotted-line to the Global VP of Sales, you will drive continuous improvement, training delivery, and cross-region collaboration, while managing budgets and field service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of industrial experience in Industrial Automation.
• Minimum 3 years application engineering, systems engineering or design engineering with heavy customer interface.
• Management or leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Level 2 Applications Engineering and Systems Engineering teams.
• Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale customer engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Drive standardization and kaizen-based process improvements across regions.
• Manage North America Product Training, content creation, and delivery.
• Oversee budget for the Applications and Systems Engineering team.
