Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or a closely related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in business application support or IT support.
• Experience with enterprise application configuration, workflow, or system administration.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, or BI tools.
• Experience with IT service management, ticketing, or incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for enterprise, departmental, and line-of-business applications.
• Investigate, resolve incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues.
• Escalate complex problems to senior staff, vendors, or other resources.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Perform configuration, testing, and post-implementation validation.
• Document configurations, procedures, and knowledge articles.
