Qualifications
- 5-7 years environment support experience with North America consumer apps.
- Solid ITIL Foundation understanding.
- Engineering background in system admin, development, DevOps or equivalent.
- Ability to manage relationships at all levels.
- Observability skills with Google Cloud Observability & Grafana.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services and microservices.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise across distributed consumer applications in NA.
- Be the primary LOB contact for assigned domain.
- Enable production management in non-production environments for stability.
- Execute robust service readiness and incident triage.
- Drive standard toolset adoption for services in the domain.
- Partner with L1/L3 support to improve resolution rates and SLAs.
- Lead SRE recommendations from UAT to production for key transactions.
- Identify and implement service automation to reduce costs and risk.
