Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related technical field required.
• 8+ years in production/manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in developing and deploying manufacturing technology solutions.
• Experience as a technical leader coordinating across teams and projects.
• Ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
