Job summary

Centene is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and implement complex enterprise solutions. You will craft SQL Server data transformations, maintain an in-house letter app using C# and Word/PDF workflows, and build SSIS packages for ETL processes.

You will schedule and monitor jobs with ActiveBatch, perform data analysis and production support, and document technical flows for cross-functional teams. Healthcare data experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 4–6 years of related experience.
• Equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge and duties.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex enterprise software solutions.
• Create, optimize, and re-engineer SQL Server data transformations for correspondence.
• Own and enhance the in-house letter application built with C#, SSIS, and Word/PDF workflows.
• Develop and support SSIS packages for ETL and workflow automation.
• Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot jobs using ActiveBatch.
• Perform data analysis, testing, and production support to resolve issues.
• Create technical documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to data mart development, EDI X12 processes, EDW feeds, and report development.
