Centene is seeking a skilled data software engineer to design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions across the data and ETL stack. You will create and optimize SQL Server objects, own an in-house letter application built with C#, and develop SSIS packages to support data and document workflows.

The role involves scheduling and monitoring jobs with ActiveBatch, performing data analysis and testing, and providing production support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) with 4–6 years of related experience.
• Or equivalent experience reflected by duties and skill level.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions across the data and ETL stack.
• Creates and maintains SQL Server objects (tables, views, procedures, functions) for staging and transforming data.
• Owns and enhances the in-house letter application that produces Word docs from C# and converts to PDF.
• Develops and supports SSIS packages and ETL/workflow processes.
• Schedules, monitors, and troubleshoots jobs with ActiveBatch.
• Performs data analysis, testing, production support, and issue resolution.
• Documents designs, data flows, and support procedures for reference and onboarding.
• Communicates issues clearly to business and technical stakeholders and designs solutions.
• Contributes to data mart development, EDW feeds, and report development.
