Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in powertrain fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with CAD, CAE tools, and DFMEA/DVP&R. Domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: BSME or BSEE; graduate degree is a plus.
• 7+ years in axle/automotive powertrain field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with APQP, DVP&R, and DFMEA is expected.

Responsibilities

• Apply Dana axle and driveshaft products to OE platforms.
• Liaise with engineering SMEs and Dana locations during pre-sourcing.
• Lead design reviews, CAD drawings, FEA, and DV/PV activities.
• Prepare technical presentations for customers and internal reviews.
• Support cost savings initiatives and processes worldwide.
