Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Principal Mixed-Signal/Analog Design Engineer to architect, design, and verify highly linear analog/mixed-signal circuits from concept through production.

You will guide junior engineers, partner with digital teams, and drive design reviews and post-layout verification. The role demands an MSEE or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience, strong Cadence tooling expertise, and a proven track record of bringing products to market.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in analog/mixed-signal design.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop architectures for analog/mixed-signal blocks.
• Design, simulate, and verify highly linear amplifiers, bias blocks, switches, LDOs, ADCs and DACs.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Supervise layout and perform post-layout simulations; prepare design reviews.
• Lab evaluation and debugging; provide test development guidance.
