Job summary

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location. The role partners with multiple teams to ensure integrated functions and to identify enhancements for new products and processes.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing ASP.NET/.NET Core web apps and REST services, UI development with HTML5/CSS/JS/jQuery, and building robust CI/CD pipelines. The candidate will mentor staff and ensure release readiness, with a hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years of IT experience in applications development.
• Experience designing ASP.NET/.NET Core web apps and REST services.
• UI development with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• ETL pipelines using PowerShell and Python.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to integrate functions and implement system enhancements.
• Identify and document problems with program function and perform initial debugging.
• Develop and test automated testing scripts and CI/CD pipelines; ensure release readiness.
• Review code, optimize architectures, and ensure compliance with the blueprint.
• Coordinate testing with users/third parties and communicate results.
