You will oversee application development, database management, and data migration, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions while guiding governance and delivery processes across projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development and tech leadership.
• Hands-on experience in software development and database management.
• Experience with the Microsoft stack: .NET, Azure, Azure DevOps, SQL Server.
• Proven ability to establish development standards, governance, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing life insurance and annuity policy administration configurations.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive change and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
