Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with software and database development and code/design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the Applications Development team with direction, coaching, and accountability.
• Establish and oversee software development standards, governance, and lifecycle processes including source control, testing, and release management.
• Lead design reviews and technical decision-making to ensure alignment with requirements, security, and long-term goals.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and processes for reliable code movement from development to production.
• Partner with business leaders to set priorities, evaluate requirements, and deliver technology solutions.
• Hire, mentor, and develop team members and foster a high-performing culture through change.
